HOW IT WORKS?

Our Team Synergy Program is an interactive, on-site experience designed to strengthen collaboration, boost motivation, and enhance productivity — all while having fun.

An experienced facilitator (our “Agent”) will visit your location and run the session in a dedicated room provided by you. The room should comfortably accommodate up to 20 participants, or simply as many as are attending the program.

The setup is quick and seamless — our Agent will arrive early to prepare the space with everything needed for a dynamic and engaging experience.

🕒 Session Formats:

  • 4-Hour Program

    • Two 2-hour activity blocks

    • One 30-minute break

    • Total time: 4.5 hours

  • 6-Hour Program

    • Three 2-hour activity blocks

    • One 30-minute break + one 15-minute break

    • Total time: 6.75 hours
